Frequently Asked Questions

What if my guest count exceeds the number of guests allowed in my package? 

Depending on the package you choose, there is a charge for each additional guest. Call us for details. 


What methods of payment does Nordstrom Events accept? 

Payments can be made via credit card, personal check or cashier's check.


When are payments due? 

You will pay a deposit based on your package amount; final payment is due 45 days prior to the ceremony date. 


What if I already have some vendors booked? Can those services be removed from the package? 

Yes. We create custom packages for each couple based on your need
